The website www.xenospack.gr is the online store for showcasing and selling products through the internet, created and operated by the company Xenos Packaging AE (hereinafter referred to as “XENOS Packaging AE” or “the company”), headquartered in Thessaloniki (VIPE Sindou, Sindos 57022) with VAT number 999125860 and Tax Office F.A.E. of Thessaloniki, with GEMI number 42361506000. From now on, it will be referred to as XENOS Packaging AE.

The information regarding our activities, services, and products, including their display, presentation, sale, transportation-storage, delivery, and any returns, as well as the protection of your personal data and the security of your transactions, are governed by the present terms and conditions, policies, and shipping and payment methods, which form a unified whole. 1.7. Contracts are concluded in Greek for customers residing in Greece and in English for customers residing in other countries.

1.8. The present terms and conditions, as well as all contracts concluded through the online store, are governed by Greek law. Any disputes that may arise are exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Thessaloniki.

2.1. The presentation of the products for sale on www.xenospack.gr constitutes an invitation to the visitor/user/consumer to submit a proposal for the conclusion of a contract. Their presentation does not constitute a commitment by the company regarding the availability or adequacy of the showcased products and services (Article 127 et seq. of the Civil Code).
